• Analyze needs and test results to form relevant understaning of users' physical and cognitive (rational and emotional) processes and requirements to provide structured recommendations. (i.e. behaviours, interpretations, emotions, mental models, etc);
• Create surprising and relevant scenarios/ themes/ concepts that explore potential or articulate a proposition, based on contextual understanding;
• Create and monitor ergonomics/usability requirements and evaluation process to use in concept and product development projects across products, brands & regions;
• Deploy Attribute Profile process from high level to actionable sub attributes;
• Develop and monitor global industrial, interaction and graphic design standards, specifications and processes on usability/ergonomics and feel and finish;
• Liaise with R&D, purchasing and design to implement;
• Conduct / contract external partners to execute ergonomics and usability tests in cooperation with designers, from concept development to release on Market;
• Keep a database of knowledge on the subject;
• Provide methods & tools throughout the development process to support designers;
• Constantly research new methods & tools to ensure state-of-the-art procedures in the field;
• Provide evaluation and follow up activities;
• Communicate results and recommendations clearly and persuasively at an individual and group level, based on structured analysis;
• Build relationships and appropriately influence relevant internal & external stakeholders (i.e. ITC);
• Provide advice & consultation to all relevant stakeholders, based on structured analysis.

• Typically will have a degree or higher-level qualification in a related discipline (e.g. Human Factors / Usability / Ergonomics/ Ergonomics Design)
• Experience of working in a / within a multicultural, international environment;
• Passion to innovation, customer obsession, drive for results;
• Communicative, team orientated, with analytical thinking;
• Patient, paying attention to the details, organized.
